No. Every account starts on Free, no credit card. You keep access to your deals and every free feature permanently, and can move to Creator or Agency whenever it makes sense.
Add managers, assistants or collaborators for $10/month each, with no cap. They get access shaped by your plan's features, with role-based permissions from the first seat you add. Add or remove seats anytime.
Creator is one creator, optionally with a team attached. Agency is one team running several creators: 2 staff seats and 2 linked creators included, then $30/month per extra creator and $10/month per extra seat.
They can, but a seat is worth it. With their own login you keep activity attribution, so you can see who changed what, and separate notifications, so the right person gets each alert. A seat also gives them full access to run your deals without handing over control of your account itself: your subscription and billing, account settings, and the ability to add or remove people stay with you. Sharing your password gives all of that away.
Encrypted in transit, with your files and sensitive credentials encrypted at rest. We never sell your deal information, and we only share it with the providers needed to run Crubo, like the service that reads your contracts. You can export your deals, revenue, and calendar anytime, and deleting your account removes your deals, files, and personal data. Some billing and legal records are kept as required by law.
