Everything it does

A record, not a conversation

A chatbot reads your contract once and forgets it. Crubo keeps every deal, watches all of them at the same time, and tells you when a new one collides with an old one.

Before you sign

Work out what it is really worth

The window where every dollar and every clause is still negotiable.

  • Deal inbox

Forward brand emails to your own Crubo address: rate requests, contracts, attachments. Nothing is actioned until you open it.

  • Clause extraction

Five categories, every term sourced back to the line it came from. What the contract does not say is marked unspecified.

  • Crubo’s Take

One verdict, one line, the reasoning underneath, and the specific clause that decided it.

  • Rate engine

Format, reach, niche, credentials, every right they want and how long they hold it, priced as line items.

  • Conflict detection

Checked against every deal you have signed. Category exclusivity overlaps surface before you reply.

  • Counter-offer drafts

A professional counter-email, drafted and waiting on every plan. Clause-level redlines on Creator. You edit and you approve.

While it runs

Never miss the thing you agreed to

Signed is when the obligations start, which is exactly when most tools stop.

  • Deal calendar

Content due, posting windows, payment dates, exclusivity, rights expiry: one .ics feed into Google or Apple.

  • Alerts in time

Timed to fire while you can still act. A deadline you hear about tomorrow is just anxiety.

  • Deal documents

Contracts, briefs, invoices and screenshots filed against the deal they belong to, every version kept.

  • Invoices

Generated straight from the deal with brand, deliverables and amount pre-filled, then sent with your details on it.

After it posts

Know what you still owe, and to whom

The obligations outlive the post by months. Usually nobody is tracking them.

  • Content rights ledger

One live view per brand shows who can use your content, how, where and until when, updating itself as deals are added.

  • Revenue

Mark a deal paid and it lands here. See which brands and formats actually drive income, and export at year end.

  • Brand contacts

Who you spoke to, how to reach them, and what you charged last time: all built out of your own deals.

  • Expenses & tax

Track expenses against your deals and see what you actually keep. Export income and expenses as a CSV or PDF at tax time.

Getting the next one

Turn the deals you have into the deals you want

Your own history is the best lead list you own, and the only one nobody else has.

  • Leads from your history

Renewals due, partners gone quiet, rights about to lapse, each with a note drafted for you to send.

  • Affiliate codes

Every code and link with its commission, discount and program, instead of six-month-old emails.

  • Roster mode

Managers and agencies run every creator from one dashboard, with per-seat roles and conflict checks on each creator’s own deals.

The media kit

Your pitch, live at your own link.

  • A head start from your deals
  • Brands only items, revealed when you approve
  • Every download becomes a lead

The rate engine

Eight things decide what a deal is worth. Reach is one of them.

Most rate advice stops at follower count, which is why most creators underprice the parts that actually cost them. Every factor below is a real term in the engine, with the real number attached.

  1. Platform and format

A Reel, a Story set, a TikTok and a YouTube integration have four different base rates. The engine starts from the one you are actually being asked for.

  2. Your reach

Bigger audiences move the number up, but reach is one input, not the whole story.

  3. Your niche

Some audiences convert better for brands than others, and your rate should reflect that. Crubo factors your niche into the number instead of treating every creator the same.

  4. Your credentials

If you’re qualified to say it, the endorsement’s worth more: a doctor, a lawyer, a registered dietitian. Crubo prices that in.

  5. The rights they want

Organic use, paid media, whitelisting: each is a separate grant that adds to the number. Crubo prices them as line items.

  6. How long they hold them

The longer a brand keeps the rights, the more it’s worth, and “perpetual” means forever, so it’s priced like it. Crubo scales the number to the term.

  7. The exclusivity window

Locking you out of a whole category has a real cost: the longer the window, the higher it climbs. It’s the line creators most often give away for free, and the one Crubo makes sure you charge for.

  8. What you have actually been paid

Every deal you’ve done builds your baseline, so your rate reflects what you’ve actually been paid instead of a guess.

The honest comparison

Where a chatbot stops

Crubo uses a chatbot too. The difference is that it remembers: every deal stays checked against everything you've already signed.
